Each owner will be obliged to participate in the service of a gardener on the premises in the estimated amount of 400 EUR / apartment / year.
In addition, it is possible to order property management and maintenance services with an estimated monthly cost of 40 EUR / apartment / month. Material for routine repairs will be charged to the owner separately.
Proapartment s.r.o. offers future apartment owners the possibility of capacity utilization. When buying an apartment, as the future owner, you have the opportunity to provide the property for occupancy through the company Proapartment s.r.o.
Utilization of buildings will be ensured by a marketing mix adapted to current trends in online marketing, through progressive accommodation portals with an emphasis on maximizing the income of property owners. We leave the occupation of real estate by owners in the high season without restrictions, with the proviso that it is up to the owner to decide whether he wants to maximize the yield or use the property for his own needs. The dates of use of the apartment by the owners do not need to be announced in advance, but the owner must accept the current occupancy when using the apartment.
After deducting VAT and local tax, the income will be distributed at a rate of 60% for the owner and 40% for Proapartment s.r.o., which will take care of the further rental of your property. The contract will be concluded for 3 x 3 years. The owner pays the energy costs, Proapartment s.r.o. of the 40% share covers the costs of cleaning, reception, marketing and insurance. Billing of stays will be within 10 days after the end of the month when the stay was realized.
